Emergency Functions

Engine ON
Emergency Lower button 4

Control box not on the basket. Usually the box is not placed correctly and a correctly repositioning solves the issue

Safety state. Press and release RC Stop

When you see this icon you must cycle the Emergency stop button in the cage, push in the twist to release.

Common Faults

Place remote in the basket to move outriggers

The machine senses weight in the cage, either a person or possibly outrigger pads whilst trying to stabilise the machine. Either remove the weight or lock the remote in its housing and stabilse from within the basket.

Raise outriggers

This icon will come on if one or more outriggers are touching the ground and you attempt to drive the machine by moving one of the red joysticks

Machine Stabilised

Machine safety chain is competed and aerial functions are available  If you don’t have this icon on and you attempt an aerial function by moving a black joystick you will see an error screen and the reason for the error. Full list of meanings in manual 

Close booms before de-stabilization 

Machine isnotcompletely closed and aligned when trying to de-stabilize the machine. Close and align machine and complete the operation

Machine Familiarisation

Safety state. Press and release RC Stop

Lower outriggers - auto

Outriggers should be lowered to perform the requested movement

Manual Stabilisation
Raise outriggers - auto

Outriggers should be raised to perform the requested movement (i.e usually to perform translation, but outriggers are still touching the ground)
